Frequently Asked Questions:

What are your shipping rates?
For domestic shipments, our rates are 15% of your total order plus $3.00 for handling. There is a $50.00 charge in addition to the 15% and $3.00 handling charge for Expedited Shipping.  For Expedited and International Orders, please contact us at (203) 229-0411 to place your order as these orders can not be processed online.

What methods of shipping are available?
We use UPS and USPS (United States Postal Service) for all of our shipping. UPS provides us with overnight and 2-day service that is easily tracked. USPS is used for international, APO/FPO, Alaska and Hawaii shipments.

Do you offer discounts to schools?
More than 95% of our business is with school districts. When we set our prices we take this into account. The only discount we extend is on shipping to school districts placing orders for the entire district on one purchase order going to one destination.

I’m confused about the price difference between disc version and print version of your materials.
The pricing structure is:

MM14 Year Long Package on disc - $255.00
MM14 Year Long Package printed - $285.00
MM14 Total Package on disc - $100.00
MM14 Total Package printed - $130.00
MM14 Deluxe Package on disc - $80.00
MM14 Deluxe Package printed - $95.00
MM14 CD Package on disc - $65.00
MM14 CD Package printed - $80.00

(We do not offer Student Handbook materials on disc. These are only available in print.)

Contest CD/Our school is hosting an Invitational Meet, how do I order materials for the meet?
We require a letter on school letterhead or a school/district purchase order requesting the number of Contest CDs needed, the date of the meet and to whose attention the materials need to be sent. Please contact us for pricing.

Do you accept Purchase Orders?
Yes, we do.  Please go to the                                             page and click on the link at the top of the page that states to order with a Purchase Order.

Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, we accept Visa and MasterCard.

Do individual file names appear on all each of the CDs?
Yes, we master all of the CDs with each file name listed individually but due to different technologies being used there are times when a specifc technology will not show the title(s). It has been found that trying the CDs on a different device the title(s) will be shown.

When will I receive my materials?
Materials ordered for 2013-2014 Music Memory will begin shipping after July 1, 2013 - materials are not ready prior to that date.

Errata Notations for 2012-2013 Music Memory:

Page 16 in the 2012-2013 Student Handbook - CORRECTION: Title should be Cantata No. 140 rather than Cantata No. 147. Also, in the "About the Music" block, the 4th bullet - is not true for all versions of this music.

Page 44 in the 2012-2013 MUSIC MEMORY Student Handbook, “About the Music” section, 3rd bullet: the text says that the time signature changes from 4/4 to 3/8 and back to 4/4. CORRECTION: The correct time signature should be 2/4 meter rather than 3/8.

Page 60 in the 2012-2013 MUSIC MEMORY Student Handbook, “About the Music” section, 1st and 3rd bullets:  The first bullet states that Vocalise is from the Romantic Period, while the 3rd bullet states that Rachmaninoff composed the song in 1912. The Contemporary Period covers the years from 1900 to Present.  NOTE:  Rachmaninoff is known to be the last of the Romantic Period composers, so we classified all of his compositions in the Romantic Period, based on stylistic characteristics, and because there is an overlap of periods rather than fixed dates.

Page 65 in the 2012-2013 Teacher's Guide - CORRECTION: Title should be Cantata No. 140 rather than Cantata No. 147.  Also, in the "About the Music" block, the 4th bullet - is not true for all versions of this music.
